Please try to charge with different USB cable if same condition persist then the problem is in power bank USB port. Verified that the power bank was completely full by exposing the solar panel to sunlight and the battery bank would not charge anymore. You can press the LED and USB buttons to turn them on and off.
I think its a bug. Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to your device charging port. Press the USB and LED buttons until their lights are not switched on wait for a while and it should switch off automatically. I recently bought an anker powercore select 10000mah power bank and when i charge my devices the powerbank doesnt turn off itself even after the devices are fully charged.
